If I can I will. Sounds a great idea my old Hondas would like a work out.

Let\'s not exclude all bikes, I can\'t track my triumph Speedmaster at Philip island without causing a traffic jam but I\'d like to let the horses run free!
Ok Now we are talking, Who knows where we can do this ??
One thing talking but now it is time for action, can not be done on any public road, must have timing for speed traps, must have ambo for falls (not that it will happen but one must be ready, CFA for fires that the old bikes cause from sparks from exhausts that are way to hot.
Beer and snags and the list goes on.
Broardford is a track, Phillip Island is a track no good, Heathcote is a drag strip 1/4 mile not long enough
Need and air strip, Ballarat ?
My Brother in law is a member of Ballarat areo club and runway 2305 can be hired through the council (as they own it) for drags, Hot rod clubs use it, I do not know its length but there is a start

i would like to do the quarter mile thing ,sounds safer to me ,if you look in your manuel it tells you what top gear pulls. i do not want to go that fast, but a time over the quarter mile .and if merlin was there for photographic proof ,then a road race back to jackass flats...????

Ballarat is a shorter track, 1/8 mile.

some where to start, I think you will find that Heathcote costs to much, about $3500 +++++.
and there are not to many places one can do this as a club

Ballarat would be a good track for the older bikes. Should asked them how much. Anyone want to contact them? They have a website I think.

Ballarat air field is owned by the Ballarat council, I am just flat out duing Bussiness hrs at the moment. I free up in a week or two, a lot of shows on at this time of year. The stead has not come out of the shed for a few weeks now looking foward to slowing down.
